The behaviours and actions of others can be distressing and confusing. You’ve not doubt heard the saying that we can’t change others, but we can change the way we react and cope with them.
We can suffer a lot from our own thoughts, feelings and behaviours and not know the way out.
Whatever you’re experiencing, I can help you to understand what's happening and find ways to change it or cope with it.
Sometimes you need someone extra to talk you other than the people who share your life.
